Bogs, Fens, Swamps, and Marshes

January 9, 3–4 p.m.

The Jefferson County Master Gardener Foundation is pleased to offer a presentation on how to transform a perpetually damp spot in the yard into a bog garden filled with plants that will thrive in the Pacific Northwest. Mike Boock will draw on environmental law to distinguish between bogs, fens, swamps, and marshes.

This event is open to the public, and will be held in the WSU Extension Classroom,
Kivley Center, 97 Oak Bay Road, Port Hadlock.
