JOIN US for the growing season of 2012!

Our garden represents 7 different Pacific Northwest ecosystems, displaying over 215 native plant species.

Come anytime to visit, observe the plants, and get to know them by reading the descriptive signage.

Come any Wednesday between 10am and 2pm to help with such tasks as weeding, mulching, digging up starts, deadheading and/or watering.

  • Learn about native plants of the northwest;
  • Their unique characteristics
  • Where to place them in the home garden
  • How to amend the soil for planting
  • Non toxic gardening methods
  • Where and when to add beneficial micorrhyzae

 

Master Gardeners can earn hours toward certification!

Consider becoming a Steward of the Montane or Meadow area. In just 2-3 hours a week, you could make a huge difference in this public garden. You will have support from our team and take home free plants.

Master Gardeners will be notified by email of additional announcements and educational events sponsored by Kul Kah Han’s Garden through gardening@lyris.cahnrs.com

In 2012 a variety of plants, grown at the garden will be available for purchase from a special display at The Gardens At Four-Corners  (4-Corners Rd. just outside Port Hadlock).  All proceeds go to continued development of this non-profit garden.
