Summer Work at the Sims Way Demo Garden ~ new summer volunteer times!
MG Volunteer work party opportunity
2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, February-November (weather permitting) June, July, and August hours are 9-11:00am. Fall, Winter and Spring gardeners meet at 10:00-noon.

This is an opportunity to learn about maturing mixed shrubs, perennials, succulents, grasses and bulbous plants. It is also a time to meet other MG volunteers with similar interests working on shared projects. Specific skills/knowledge is not necessary, but helpful. A maintenance manual is provided with details concerning the care of each of the plants throughout the garden.
Note the time change to 9 a.m. due to the warmer weather. Even if you can come for an hour, you are most welcome! Please bring a bucket, your favorite gardening tools, and gloves! For additional information, please contact honey.niemann@gmail.com
